A graduate of Chicago’s leading art institutions, Lilian brings a thoughtful and creative perspective to property oversight, combining strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail. Her approach helped shape a disciplined operating model that has supported homeowners through changing market conditions for nearly two decades.
