"When my condo’s value tanked during the recession, I realized I couldn’t sell it for anywhere near what I paid for it. Because I was moving in with my boyfriend, I decided to rent it. For two years, I managed it on my own and hated it. I knew there had to be a better method for managing the unit. A realtor friend recommended Lilian. After my initial meeting with her, I knew I could trust her to manage my property. For six years, she has vetted tenants, handled both benign and major issues related to the unit, and always kept me in the proverbial loop regarding matters related to my condo. "Home Watch Chicago was my life saver especially since I was living half way across the world and having to manage my property in Chicago from all that way!!

Lilian was amazing and was on top of every thing I needed and more. We rocked together for about 5 wonderful years. Home Watch Chicago has been providing in-home service for monitoring our house and checking on the welfare of our cats since 2017 during our frequent and often extended absences. The professionals at HWC have been very thorough making sure that the house and grounds remain in good condition and ensuring the happiness and health of our often-finicky cats. They communicate frequently to us, including daily e-mails with attachments describing services provided and narrative about the state of the house and of the cats, and frequent text messages. They have been very flexible when our travel plans have changed, providing extra days and services on short notice, and they have exhibited the highest level of professionalism, care, and TLC toward the house and the cats at all times, all at reasonable prices. The cats love them, and so do we! We recommend them across the board at the highest level; five stars on all dimensions.
