Home Watch services are priced based on the property’s size, configuration, systems present, visit frequency, and location within our service area.

All pricing reflects the time, documentation, travel, and level of oversight required to maintain a consistent standard of care.

Because each property is different, pricing is provided following an initial consultation.

 Pricing considerations include:

• Property size and layout 
• Number of levels and systems to be monitored 
• Visit frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedules) 
• Location and travel time
• Access and reporting requirements
   

This approach ensures pricing is aligned with the actual scope of service rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Most clients elect:

• Weekly home watch visits for continuous oversight 
• Bi-weekly visits for lower-risk or shorter vacancy periods 

Custom schedules may be arranged based on client needs.

• Home watch services are billed as a recurring service. 
• Pricing includes scheduled visits and standard reporting. 
• Additional services or special requests are quoted separately.
